But I didn't come across such a situation. Mind you, I'm only looking at Shopee and Illegear at the moment.

        6 cores 6 threads i5 9400f = RM590
        6 cores 12 threads Ryzen 5 3600 = RM890
Despite having less threads and 14nm architecture on i5 9400 but it still ALMOST performs well againts R5 3600. I think you did not do any research and blindly believe Youtuber too much!

That's all right. But what about the services and repairs? It's not a phone that I'll be upgrading after every 2 years. I never had good service experience with Xiaomi. Considering if it launches in India, OEM repairs won't be cheap and I fear that it'll get out of support very quickly. I can order genuine HP parts for my 5 years old laptop but can I do that for Xiaomi? I think I'll wait and see what Xiaomi does in terms of service. I like that they're coming in hot with such attractive prices. I really want them to succeed because more competition is always good.

No G-Sync. Still wondering if it uses Optimus technology (dynamic GPU switching). And if it uses a HDD/SDD storage and how much RAM is in it, as well as battery capacity.

why is the other important part left out like how much storage it has and how much RAM it has.
It's more important on laptops then on mobile phones the Ram and Storage

They that chance to make a proper decision on making a gaming laptop and still decided to go with Intel even if they're clearly losing the CPU game this year.

                                at least put a 1660tTI
                                and no ryzen?
not impressive even with that price tag

would want if it had 11th gen Intel.

Hanif Fikri, 14 Aug 2020Its simple the reason they wont go for AMD is Intel product... moreAmd is cheaper than Intel in every place on this planet. For 20% less money amd offer the same configuration, in 7nm process, compared to Intel 14nm.

You'll see why this laptop has only GTX 1650 ti as top tier: the cooling solution isn't adequate for higher type. And, GTX 1650 ti is the only closest thing to GTX 1660 ti or GTX 2060 Max-Q.

Agree, 144hz might not be useful for gaming at 1080p with GTX 1650 ti. However it might be useful for other things like watching pr0n at 120hz, lol.
