Try reading the other comment with the one with humidity. You have so much hate toward a device that will be obsolete next year. Beside, that fogging incident only came from only one user. Has it ever occurred to you that it could be user error since it only came from one user? Or perhaps you are just plain gullible.

You'll see that plastic would be very hard to break compared to glass.
What good is the water resistance when it gets destroyed on every fall because of cracked back. I am personally using a light but strong case on my phone for this very reason.
If it was metal or high quality polycarbonate on the back, I wouldn't have bothered with a case.
Scratches can be easily hidden by a skin.
You can't even afford a 50$ phone let alone OnePlus 8 pro or a skin.

Taking a device from a cold... moreNever had it happen on any other of my phones, and I have changed temperatures and environments with them very aggressively. This is another flop like there used to be a problem with the Samsung Galaxy phones refusing to charge because they have "detected moisture in the charging port" when the port was totally dry already. Buying a Samsung product unfortunately is a "cat in the sack" purchase, always.

Btw mi 10 has better build qualitt than the note 20 4g
But for other thing yes I agree with you

I believe pixel 4a is better buy over Samsung Note 20.....Gpod enough till next note series appears with more refinement of camera and SoC and finally better pricing to correct its mistaken identity of 2020, not the best timing to ask 1300 Euro/1200 dollars from the people.

Looking at the results of the survey, it is obvious that everyone (who is even considering buying a model with Exynos chipset) will collect an additional few hundred euros/dollars as the Note 20 is way below the Ultra model. Simply, the Note 10 was bought by someone who wanted a smaller Note model, and its shortcomings compare to Note 10+ were correct, but this time it really has no point as the 'smaller' Note is quite the same as the Ultra model. It's a shame it's like that.

Yeah it all depends on the quality, but irrespective of quality, again: plastic is plastic, and plastic scratches at level 2 with deeper grooves at level 3.
Looks like you don't even use a Ultramarine blue OP 8 Pro. Maybe just $100 realme or Samsung with plastic back. Of course plastic back users will be loyalists.

They can't use metallic case as it would make the device heavy.
Plastic is way more durable and light compared to glass.
And half these people don't understand difference between cheap plastic and premium one.
But that is to be expected from people who haven't even held the note 20 in their hand.

Huge difference in cheap plastic and others.
Atleast like glass, this won't break or shatter when hitting the ground.
A scratched back can be easily hidden by a skin and will retain water resistance.
One cannot say the same about a glass sandwich phone that cracks.

This happened to me to many times of times in the summer with many Sony phones. z2, z3 and z5.
