Meego was brilliant, true innovation. Only if Nokia had given it the time and attention it needed. I wish those guys the best & I hope this windows phone thing works out

Nothing pissed me off more than my N9. The phone was great, beautiful, with an excellent OS...it just lacked polish. They could have optimized it to work better on the hardware, but it just didn't have the support it deserved. Glad I traded it for a Galaxy S2.

Nokia should offer to all existing N9 user an option to swap their unit with either WP or Belle phones.

Nokia N9 was one of the best phones because of the MeeGoo. Thanks guys and sorry that Nokia did not know your real value.

Jay, 04 Jul 2012Meego is not dead it will go on as Tizen! I've already seen Tizen as previewed on a leaked video. It's a blatant rip-off of Android. No resemblance whatsoever to Meego and nowhere near as attractive and visually appealing either.

Nokia will have a lot of regrets by abandoning Meego in their company and they will really feel it in the future days, months and years. Focusing in one OS (windows) was the biggest mistake Nokia ever did. Maybe they won't be able to feel the consequences of this right now but im really sure, they will regret all of their wrong doings by abandoning Meego, Symbian and next is S40. Good luck Nokia for that risky decision but still Nokia is the best company in making phones ever
