I agree Epic shouldn't have taken advantage of this, simply to sue Apple, but it's also true that Apple has a poor understanding of the current gaming industry.

Anything is better than 5G I don't want nor like the idea that big brother can see what I'm doing hear what I'm saying or read what I'm texting. So concentrate on keeping phones low cost. Forget 5G as long as possible.

People are so narrow minded that the media can manipulate them so easily. Seems like you are one of them.
Epic agreed to the terms, then prepared a video and lawsuit and played the victim card. Epic is the worst company in the world and I sincerely hope it dies. They sell V BUCKS! Imaginary currency with literally NO cost associated. They could have made it cheaper to avoid the apple tax but no! "Apple evil cos I own a Xiaomi and an HP laptop"

They can keep 5G for themselves for another 5 years. Tech needs to mature and be cheaper. 4G is more than enough now for surfing, youtube, playing etc

In all honesty, I'd take larger battery any time over 5G now. when 5G becomes normal, sure have it. But doing it at expense of a battery now, pointless. Especially since hardly anyone can even use 5G...

The reason I would consider iPhone 12 - no useless lidar or 5G that eats the room for battery away.

With the very high margins that apple has on their devices plus the fact they become a cash cow through its walled-garden the various revenue streams of apps and the hefty comissions they get from apps and recurring services (expect backlash from this fortnite thing as apple is abusing).
Well... With that, I think reducing battery quality is yet another way of sticking it to the customer.
Well... That is my point of view and for that reason I am no iphone user.

Already reduced battery capacity on all models except iPhone 12 Pro Max.
The battery durability is good on the iPhone 11 series, so if Apple switches to the new design then hope it's not a Galaxy Note 7.
