Ha, it's about time.
And here I am, with dozens of Android phones bought in the last 10 years, never had a Note phone (and I am not even mad about this).
What can I say, RIP Note series, lol.
Personally I always liked the S series more. I am glad that Samsung decided to end the Note series, not the S series. If this rumor ends up to be true, of course.

I didn't bother to even read the article it's not necessary.

This topic has been trending on Twitter all day and just like there i denounced it.

The S21 will never have true pen support i view pen support as a stylo inside the phone that won't happen on any Galaxy S line product.

Even if a pen can be used on the S21 it won't be one that comes with the phone.

The S line handset is not taking the place of the current Note line nothing is available to take the place of the Note line.

The Note21Ultra will be present in August 2021 Samsung has nothing that can replace that legendary 10plus year product.

Last year I thought the Fold line will become the NoteFold even that won't happen for 2021.

Fold line screen/display to fragile no Spen will ever be able to write on that display so the product serves no purpose other than a phone that unfolds into a tablet that has no functionality.

The Note line is going nowhere Samsung can't afford to let it's most loyal customer base disappear and they have no legitimate product people can't buy in the second half of the year.

It must have been a boring Monday in the tech world these rumors get more asinine every year ✅

L.O.R.D, 25 Aug 2020These are the rumours about the S and the Note series but w... moreas much as i hate the current exynos SoC's but for next year, i'm hyped, as Samsung will add AMD gpu on their Exynos SoC. so things will be interesting next near.

Galaxy S phone with boxy design (sharp corners instead of rounded) 🥰

I bet this is due to the early sales figures of the regular Note20. RIP in peace Galaxy Note...

It'd make more sense for the Z Fold to get the S-Pen instead; they have a year to figure out a proper glass screen to make that possible.

i have said this before that samsung should combine S and Note series by offering 3 variant at the same time one with S Pen, like regular S, S+ or S Ultra then S Note or simply Note followed by model number, like S21, S21 Ultra and Note21. just launch them together. S ultra and Note will get same hardware and vanilla S will get slight down sized and maybe other minor downgrade to lower the price.

These are the rumours about the S and the Note series but what can be said for sure is that it'll arrive with Exynos chip for anywhere outside U.S

If they take out note line , they might as well close samsung what I care

                  gonna be a Disaster!

good strategy. People dont wait to buy S line anymore. Why would you buy S20, when the galaxy note is only 100$ more expensive? Absolutely no need

Samsung really doesn't want anyone to buy their phones except for rich folks. S pen only on the ultra? Why?

Samsung puts out way too many phones. A reduction in any capacity would be welcomed. Also assuming this leads to better focus on fewer devices

Make sense. S series sizes recently as big as Note series already, which makes it pretty redundant.

RIP to smaller flagship vanilla S series?

I think its good if they give and focus everything on one phone...but first they fix their processors

How many times has this been published? I could swear I heard the same story last year. No wait, the year before too. And the year before that one as well.

It has been an s series with an S-Pen for a while so they’re just making it official if the rumors are true.

An opportunity to rip us off. Those folding phones will barely last for 3 years.

They are becoming the new Nokia. Killing the iconic Note series. Good bye Samsung.

I don't know how I feel about this. For me the Note line is always more polished than the S Line, which is why I always prefer it. Hopefully the Note line doesn't really go away, if so I'm going to hold on to my Note 20 Ultra a little longer than I usually would!
