Not all Galaxy Note20 and Note20 Ultra's have the same cooling and it isn't chipset-dependent.

As if the inferior Exynos wasn't enough, you now have to hope that they used copper cooling? This is the most deceiving thing I have ever seen!
Silicon can degrade due to heat, maybe not with Snapdragon but I bet the Exynos, which has already worse efficiency and thermals, will be affected by this over the years. It will downclock even more LOL...
