I don't think they have done anything wrong, I mean I would feel cheated if I developed an app and Apple forced me to use their payment gateway just so that they can make 30% on every purchase through my app. The monopoly needs to end, crApple is corrupted no doubt how it reached 2trn$. I don't play Fortnite but I have the experience of App store monopoly.
