I'll never buy a phone without the 3,5mm jack as I have no money for the wireless headphones. Corporate excuses like "if u're broken then buy a cheaper phone lol" are revealing their greed and incompetence.

As for global market, without Chinese current midrange Samsungs would not be here. Someone who buys top brands flagship only may not care and post like that And it's clear by now they do innovate. Wait for notchless underscreen by Xiaomi next year. That said, I do understand someone picking top brands flagship.

as much as i like having a 3.5mm jack to be plugged by my dust cover/sim tray remover, and the occasional wired headphones, not using a bluetooth TWS earbud in 2020 is like sticking to a nokia phone when smartphones are available.
just know what your needs are and then look for a phone that meets them. new phones these days are just pushing the boundaries of innovation and possibilities, and in most instances, an overkill in dealing with an average consumer's everyday use.

But with reasonable price of course I prefer xiaomi. Look at mi 10/pro and now mi 10 ultra. The midranger still worthed like redmi note 8 and 9 series. Don't forget mi mix and alpha for the innovation. And low budget series like redmi A series.

That's probably why you also consider "overnight charging" normal, because your Samsung phone requires it due to Exynos, poor battery life, and super-slow charging. Normal modern phones don't need that.

Someone on here speculated that they may be afraid to get banned (for a phony reason, from Google Services, or even chips) if they dare to compete with the western (Apple and Samsung) top flagships. Anything is possible at this time.

Let's burn up the battery in the airport then board a plane and have them explode!
Sell more phones and maybe take out some people in the process too! What a great idea ;)
