IMX682 is enough for 800U, 686 adds nothing with this chipset
IMX682 is the one on K30 Ultra and limits Redmi's phone to 4k/30fps even if D1000+ allows 60fps
(Nevertheless, globaly, I prefer K30 Ultra's cameras setup)

About the others, well, you're right
I prefer K30 Ultra's cameras.
Even if main IMX682 limits 4k videos to 30fps.
13MP ultra wide is a better choice
5MP x2 for macro start to be interessant.
About developement, have a look to Redmi Note 8 Pro's indian scene...awesome! Near 20 custom Rom, custom Kernel, recoveries

An almost-there attack on K30Ultra, but still comes up short. More than any other Realme products, X7Pro has had a most exceptional pre-launch success, creating the buzz and capturing the imagination of many buyers who have no prior awareness of Realme as a brand.
I am not seeing any other phone-makers to take on K30Ultra any time soon.

Good pricing for what the X7Pro brings to the table, but not aggressive enough to be truly competitive against K30Ultra. This reminds us that Realme is still some distance away from catching up with Redmi.
The arrival of V3 reminds us that a total market transition to 5G smartphones is almost there, final and total. It will be just a matter of months before all the remaining top tier phone-makers to take a hard exit from the 4G smartphone production which is no longer effectively supported by the smartphone supply-chain. Has anyone hear the death bell ringing for the 4G smartphones?

Why is Realme constantly at odds against the headphone jack? They clearly have room for it...
Also, I'd trade the 3 auxiliary cans for a better wide-angle cam (at least 13MP) and telephoto (also at least 13MP). Those useless sensors are getting old...
