Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro will have 144Hz LCDs with motion interpolation

14 September 2020
While most Mi 10 phones use OLED panels, the T-series will break from the pack to offer higher refresh rate.

I keep my background black and am in dark mode for most apps. And I like having my lockscreen display the time at all times. Combine these things and you get increased battery life using OLED.

LG Superfan, 14 Sep 2020Would you mind explaining how 60hz OLED is better than 144hz LCD?There is a lot difference between oled and lcd
Color accuracy is also another notable difference, particularly when it comes to whites. My own testing of some of the best Android smartphones last year revealed that OLED based displays produced very accurate results, while LCD displays resulted in a slight blue tint.

Wow! The camera placement is amazing. But Xiaomi chill out please because my Poco X3 not yet warmed in my hand.

Organic compounds suffer oxidation. It is impossible to prevent.
                      Nothing organic can last forever.

You can take some actions to make its lifespam longer. The main precaution is to keep brightness under 400 nits. Ignore those that think brighter is better.

Why you call OLED a superior technology, when it has worse sun viewability, burns in, makes eyes bleed and gives weird colours, especially with DC dimming? boo hoo, but the blacks are deep! Photographers always use them. Monitors still are LCD. We've used them for 70 years without any issues while at the moment some Samsung AMOLED marketing fanboys tell us that AMOLED is better 😂

I don't agree. 144(!!!)hz lcd is better than an oled. And trust me, I own 2 60hz oled display phones, and a 60hz lcd. My opinion ofc
