Also knowing how much you can actually do on a z3745 soc with linux and 2gb of ram i'd say that the galaxy tab is likely more viable since you could run more on android (though i'd avoid the first gen due to apple like reasons).

Almost all Android tablets (aside from Galaxy Tab) cannot match the premium iPad quality offers.
Old iPad mini 2 that I sold years ago is still fine for browsing. My old Samsung (also sold) cannot even match the smoothness of the iPad.
Looks like you are using a counterfeit $50 iPad with Mediatek chip and Android installed.
iPads are still the default user's choice. It's a huge success.

I ditched the iOS ecosystem permanently after my father's iPad started to bend.
People want no compromise premium quality products.
Ashamed to have ever been part of that ecosystem.

Since when drawing on an average lcd non laminated display a gold standard? 😂
It is funny how they didn't mention anything about it, but mentioned the laminated display on the air as a key hardware feature.
Man, nothing against the devices but the way apple presents their products is getting on my nerves.
