By your own logic, having an EXACT iPhone design, those phones should've been in great demand world over, right? Haven't seen that happen, though. And I wonder why. Could it be because, maybe, people do not buy a phone because it looks like an iPhone? Could it be that, perhaps, looking like an iPhone isn't a selling criterion for a phone? Could it be, perhaps, that there's more to a phone than just its iPhone-esque design that makes people want to buy it? And by the way, there's nothing similar that I can find between the design of the SGSIII and the iPhone. Still it's selling. I wonder why.

^_^, 18 Jul 2012Well, people go inside a store not to just roam around, fee... moreof course i know that thing. i too have been to Samsung's store twice, checking S2 and Note's specs(S3 is not available yet that time). a lot of people indeed are inside the store but most of them were purely spectators, wandering around the store. might be interested with the phones....i can't tell either.

People go inside a store to see what's the hype is all about. And a store with lots of people inside is beter than nothing at all.

Its cpu/gpu r really strong than ur crapple n others n S2, note n S3 looks much different than iphones nw dont say S3's design is inspired by iphone coz its way different n way beautiful than ur itoy... Even now apple copied samsung galaxy s by making the display of upcoming iphone to 4" but still samsung is not sueing ur shitty company coz they wanna gain respect from people unlike apple who already sue every company n have no respect from public... iHATE apple...

For the past 5 years, we have seen a lot of new technologies created by these smartphones superpowers companies like Apple and Samsung. Technologies like retina display, smart eye, smart errrr.....etc. And all the negatives comments about iPhones, windows phone and even the mighty Samsung Galaxy S3, I really have a lot of respect for Apple. I'm not an Apple fanboy, don't get me wrong. We can see that Apple only produce smartphone once every 1-2 years. From the original iPhone till the 4S, they only have 5 smartphones models where as the others like Nokia, Samsung, Sony etc have a lot of models. And yet, Apple manage to produce a top high end smartphones. Its not the most affordable smartphones but the experience and design is top notch. Maybe its true that it is currently behind Samsung and Sony (in some area)but still the iPhone set the bench mark for all the others. This is why a lot of people out there want to gives a hard time against Apple. They been quite for a while now, with a lot of rumors and leaked photos of their next iPhones (which personally think that it will set a new bench mark for others to follow), I think they will surprised even those haters out there.

Samsung undoubtedly makes best phones but they must consider investing in the design department. Otherwise Brands like Sony are very likely to snatch it's share. Even Xperia U looks better than Samsung's flagship model GS3. Wake up Samsung. Or it won't continue for too long

Congrats Samsung it was a hard battle getting in the Android game and it seems to me like you've won and even though i might,don't or not sure if in the future that i can own a Samsung in my country because it is so DAMN!!! expensive in my country i still say i Wish you well.

Yes Samsung produces may different phone, but why does enveryone always say "why do they alwasy compare all of Sansumg to 4S ..." ... well for started Apple still sells the 3GS, 4 and 4S ... 3 Phones ... and after a recent trip to the US there are a LOT of 3GS still being bought by people to jump on the iPhone train (rather than having something half decent for 2012) ... so
