[deleted post]Maybe because they need it then. Ever thought of that? And prices of phones usually go down slightly towards the release of the successor, and more after the release. I bought the Redmi Note 7 Pro for $180 last August, I'm sure it sold for more earlier – that's when Redmi Note 8 pro was yet to be announced – because I needed it. I didn't have one month to wait, because deals I'd lose that one month would likely trump the price of the phone itself.
But you're talking about SoC here, not phone. SoC is only one of the many components of a phone, not the whole package. A phone with SD732G could even be a better all-rounder than one with SD750G. So, do you even think?

[deleted post]Im in sales and of course i know about consumer and thats why i can tell mr cybercraap...new realme phone launched here with better value (to be on sale next week )than the one launched a week ago and people already started cancelling their order ..its a commodity and people will want the best they get out of their money..and there are grievances with many customers over the recent trends especially in chinese mobile companies...and soon enough they will launch with 5g capable chipset and better software in upcoming months...unless they cut price of previous phones ,obviously the new ones will kill their market

Like really If I can survive on a device with 1gb of ram and a bad mediatek processor. Than I think most people can survive on devices with 3gb or 4gb of ram dude. I mean I just emulate some games and they run pretty decent dude.

And besides, 7nm has too many orders now from different companies like AMD (which has the largest order for 7nm), and Apple for the A13.

Uhh, the GPU is 10% faster than 730G? The 732G was 15% faster, so that means the 618 in 732G is faster than 619 in 650...

That's why you'd see some that aren't really rich use the little funds they have to shop for a newer phone, when the one they have is still very capable. Shopaholism
Sorry to break it to you, phones are launched all the time, by different OEMs. They should wait for new SoC when they need a phone like today, when they know that the phone they're buying will suit their needs? Tell that to the average buyer, or even to the internet tech forum visitor who knows what he/she wants. I'm probably more tech conversant than you are, it still didn't stop me from buying the Redmi Note 7 Pro last August – after my phone was stolen – when I knew that the successor would soon be announced.
They should wait because of what? MmWave? Many people aren't even getting Sub-6 two years from now. Or what is the landmark difference between the two SoCs? Go tell that to people who bought phones with SD855 after SD865 was announced. Human wants, insatiable!

The leaked benchmark (from Xiaomi's engineering sample) seems to indicate that SD750G is somewhere between SD765G and Dimensity 820.
SD765G < SD750G < D820.
SD750G is indeed a very powerful 5G SoC.
