I had to google UOS. It's a linux operating system based on Debian and the Deepin desktop. So the new PC will be linux based running on an ARM processor. The closest comparison is a raspberry pi.

Please, do not make stupid comment that they may design their own now. Image sensors are not like cpu that one company designs and pay other to manufacturer.
Only cellphone makers with knowledge to create image sensors are Sony, Samsung and Panasonic ....

their TV and laptops are really nice so I'm looking forward to seeing what they can do with monitors.
