A very good phone with the worst battery life ever.

The battery drains very fast than any other phones

Even when the phone is in standby mode for about 7hrs battery drains by atleast 35% to 40%

Unfortunately the S20 FE is plagued with software issues that make it hard to use. The worst offender is the virtual proximity sensor. Long phone calls while on a walk are impossible as you will hang up on the call as you activate the screen and hit buttons with your ear. I've put calls on mute, call others, hung up, activated RTT. Turning the screen off while on a call is like cell phone 101, getting this wrong is really bad. Many users are experiencing this and touchscreen issues that are shaking users confidence and leading to a lot of returned phones.

Dan, 29 Sep 2020s20+ the s20 FE is aiming to those who cant get the snapdr... moreWhere I live S20+ (Exynos) and S20FE (SD) prices are really close, I'm leaning towards the S20+ because of the screen (Dynamic AMOLED vs Super AMOLED and seeing both side Mr side you can instantly tell which is superior), the design (the FE looks like an A series phone, good but not premium) and the Cameras. The FE would have been performance, not I'm not a gamer, If I would buy the FE it would be for it's battery life but I don't think it would be that different compared to the Exynos S20+, maybe someone experienced could tell me what they think!

Pointing out how close in price it is to the S20+ is a bit off, when considering the 20+'s still abt $150USD more and also lacks memory expansion. The FE can have (w/expansion) up to 1.128Tbs of storage whereas the S20+ is locked at 128Gs. I can get it at Best Buy for $599USD where the S20+is going for $799USD (both unlocked).

So what if the lack of earphone jacks are common place? They are far more than useful. At the low end, they enable the use of cheap, common earphones for listening/phone calls without the need for charging additional devices. At the other end of the spectrum, they allow audio enthusiasts to use their preferred equipment. Moreover, the current "high end" wireless earphones can't even match the abilities of "mid level" audiophile grade earphones.

Anonymous, 28 Sep 2020And no headphone jack, and exynos, and price, and adsmost phones lack an audio jack, but others are a deal breaker. i still consider oneplus or asus rog, zenfone 7 pro. But in my country India, people will buy it for Non-Chinese.

Alex, 29 Sep 2020In my opinion 700 euro it's very expensive for this phone. Not really, if you looking at the main Central European market. It got a Snapdragon in a fair overall spec on a reputable vendor with support. Looking at the small competition in Europe, I call it pretty fair.

Anonymous, 29 Sep 2020FE = Fail Edition = no headphone jackYour reasoning = old and past it. Don't moan cos you haven't kept up. Granted a headphone jack is a handy addition. But times have moved forward and it is very much common plaec that a lot of phones do not feature anymore.

Anonymous, 29 Sep 2020.tbh the plastic back is as hard to take off as a glass backTbh it's not. A glass back is generally ALWAYS more difficult to remove than a plastic back. 1 glaring reason amongst others is that glass is much easier to damage / break.
Take it from a voice of personal experience, having fixed 100's of phones. Rather than you just saying it ain't. Don't like that in the real world. Grow up.
