For me and many working professionals :
A phone with -
Decent storage
Small form factor
Excellent camera
Superb build quality
At 650 $ - I'm sold
Will use it at least for 3 years and easily resell it at 250 $ or pass on to someone for more 3 years of use with software support.

You know not everyone put everything to their phone and keep them there? Music=stream movies/series=stream. If you don't do gaming or want to keep all your 4K movies in your phone where you need space? 64GB phone can have like 10 000 photos and still have space for apps and files.
It would be great advice to sometimes clean your device, you would be surprised how much or less space you actually need after you remove all the crap.

My computer has 16GB RAM. You are mixing RAM and storage they are two completely different things.

Y’all should note that Samsung first gen 5g devices came at a cost(close to $100-$150 from the 4g variants) and with an inferior modem compared to ones that would ship with the 2020 iPhones.
I’m not an apple fan but they did a pretty good job by retaining last year’s pricing for the pro models despite new internal and the addition of 5g; of which the removal of the charging brick wouldn’t be able to offset

it will get software updates for years, apple after sale service is unparalleled and also after sale it will worth more than any of the phone you've mentioned, probably it will be faster too
for all the phones you've mentioned(except Pixel) it will take better photos and video will be again best in class. I'm using Note 20 Ultra and I don't like taking photos with that phone, my first choice will be Pixel but second will be iPhone 11
Maybe its a dumb phone cuz its an iPhone ? I hope that is not true for you, if so then probably you don't like Apple or iPhone that's why you saying it a dump phone.
only thing I can complain is lack of high refresh rate
