In real life situations, does anybody see any difference between an A13 and SD865?

865+ better than an A14 when gaming... Especially on gaming phones. Because of the cooling. Apple still doesn't have cooling so the scores on A14 is 20% less than what you see... Meaning a cooled 865+ is still faster.

Both SD875 and SD775 with come with an integrated 5G modem. No 4G SoC options for flagship or near-flagship from Qualcomm.

I guess it still needs a dedicated 5G modem? Seems to big of a cash cow for Qualcomm to give up. May even charge more for it.
