Who cares? That is what we called competition...Is google with apple now? Huh!!! Who tied up with samsung for the first google phone? it was google right? If google is saying that the galaxy s is similar to iPhone then why did allow samsung to use the google's OS the fact that they warned them to not copy apple's design?
It doesn't make sense!

Samsung may have copied Apple's designs but how stupid are the people who bought a Samsung device thinking it was an Apple? As far as I'm aware, Apple products have a distince Apple logo on them others manufacturers don't.

why gsmarena z bringing the 2010 rivalary battle now?? they already paid apple some money in compensation for galaxy s and tab 7.7, tab 7.7 is still banned in US n europe though the newer tab 10.1 is different n galaxy S3 is way different still y apple is sueing them?? r they rotten apples fighting for their taste??? i hate apple,,, after steve jobs, its apple inc.'s turn to die>>>

I find this article a bit too biased. The court has still not ruled out anything. And GSM Arena, should not (but nevertheless, they can, and they did) state it almost too clearly that Samsung is guilty.
Just hope that this clash of the titans do not affect the customers. Galaxy Nexus was an awesome device. Sad that it had Slide to Unlock feature which eventually became one of the reasons why the device was banned in USA.

I am a Samsung fan, but I judge them because what they did. I am happy the new S3 looks different. I am sure Samsung can make cool phones, the Wave ones looks cool.

Sammy needs to employ some top designers to create its own iconic handset, the SGS III is a good start but still not on par with the when the iPhone 4 came out or the Lumia! imo the lumia is the best looking handset out there.
