Why should we care if this guy leaves oneplus? They'll still use oppo's tech with flagship chips and priced just below samsung flagships. Nothing original. Nothing extraordinary. Nothing worth my money.

Anonymous, 17 Oct 2020but why is he leaving makes no sense ??Remember the flat screen, top hardware and bottom price? That's why. Oneplus is just another flagship on the market. Nothing unique anymore, because price is the same as the others.

You're a great entrepreneur, Carl and I wish you all the best in your personal life. I'm about to lose my marriage to my career, but I just can't help it. It's where I feel alive. I hope you find your place in life.

Oneplus going to end up like HTC...

Your team's commitment on delivering great high-quality products at a reasonable price has really shaken things up in the mobile world, and went even as far as alarming the biggest and most greedy brands to get their pricing much more compelling.

Best of luck to your career, and here's to wishing that the OnePlus brand wouldn't forego their products' identity that brought them incredible success; high quality products with lots of features and minimal compromises at a very reasonable price tag.

What a successful man on 24..

Oneplus isn't the same now, he knows it.
"Built product hand in hand with user" isn't a correct term anymore for today's oneplus

                                  Wish him a better journey!
