You seem to forget to consider the fact that in europe we use heaters alot of the time of the year so our comsumption is much greater, comparatively speaking electricity is much cheaper here but water is expensive.

Don't know what put it in your head that prices are "discounted" in India. For every government subsidy, something ends up getting the short shaft to put it in a nutshell. Prices for commodities are obviously not universal, lots of factors affect everything from macroeconomics and right down to the sticker prices on groceries.
If you want to educate yourself on the matter, the senseless percentage of "luxury" taxes the majority of electronics, automobiles, imported goods of all kinds are slapped with in India mainly go to fund failing populist policies that see next to zero returns in parity to the bulk of the tax payer or even to the people they are designated to help. These are evident by the government's own padded spin/numbers FYI.
The 15% EU VAT and ~30% taxation rates actually mean something, sure people crib and whine everywhere about taxes, but in EU taxes actually work for the most part.

if you feel that the playstation 5 is expensive in India, you want to see the price of playstation 4 pro at $935 USD / R$2,999 which apparently manufactured in Brazil to overcome their excessive prices, originally the official price for playstation 4 in 2013 was at R3,999 which is almost US$1450! imagine the price of playstation 5 in brazil

It's a workstation that has allowed me to build up my business and made me capable of hiring people and creating jobs in a slowing down economy (that was pre-covid...post covid is an economic hell TBH).
But the confused government doesn't give 2 rat's, they treat workstation parts used by the professional industry just the same as a console used for entertainment.
And the apologists who so easily brand 1 USD = 100 INR for electronics really have me scratching my head, are these people THAT detached from reality?
Why don't you try paying 1.25 USD for everything that costs a dollar.
1200 USD on rent? 1500 USD now, enjoy.
60000 USD for a decent car? It's 75000 USD now, pay up sunshine.
1000 USD iPhone payment plan? 1250 now, have fun.
Or how about YOU pay 680 USD for a PS5 that is supposed to cost 550 (including taxes)?
