Google, as always, consistently bad at producing(their production partners) the Pixel phones...
It's always the display... Something has to be wrong with it...

This happens whn you search for the lowest workforce tovars the massproduction to spend as low as possible on manufacturing but to keep increased price.

This is why I don't buy the pixel lineup anymore. This is from the owner of : Pixel (1st gen, microphone issue, couldn't make calls) Pixel 2 XL (screen flick), Pixel 3 (heat issues, battery drain).

Was anyone really surprised by this? I mean really? You can buy a lot of new and cheaper phones as well as decent workhorses from last year (Redmi Note 8 Pro) for far less than a beta test hardware with beta test software. This used to be a legitimate issue with Nexus phones being sold with unfinished software, but even then they had better quality control sans the 5X and 6P. Google can't seem to take their competition very seriously even doing better in the bad than the worst of the rest.

i know there's a glaring quality control issue there, but the close up photos of the textured plastic finish looks so nice. Wish it was on more phones and I hope they keep it for future models but knowing Google and their indecisiveness...

With the Smansung s20 FE 5G and its ghosting problems on the screen and now with the Google Pixel 5 and this gap that destroy the water protection... I don't know anymore which phone with good camera with zoom and stereo speakers and without problems I still have to see... By the way, the Pixel 5 are stereo speakers but because one of them sounds too low it is not a real stereo experience. I think I'll wait for the 4A 5G (which should be called Google Pixel 5 Lite)

This is exactly what is this quality everyone is talking about in mass production. Even 200 euro range phones dont have quality errors like these while it's more expected cause of the low price range
