      Port less is useless to me except for IP rating but the iPhone 12 series is 6 meters water resistant while still having ports, and that's already quite deep.
      Wireless charging maybe, or so the charging port and buttons don't wear out?
      I rather have physical buttons than touch buttons, I won't feel that I'm pressing something.

        Everything's fine about them cutting packaging or accessories, in the name of the environment or recycling etc, as long as they cut the prices accordingly and it'll be a win-win for both, environment and the customer, but IMO they won't do that

            Mi 10 ultra = Success (Best camera along with being one of the best phones of 2020).
            Mi 10T Pro = Success (Great budget flagship with few cons at its price).
            Poco F2 pro = Success (Cheapest Budget Flagship worldwide).
            Poco X3 = Success (Great budget phone).
            Redmi 10X/10X pro = Success (Great mid ranger).

            And they have brought tons of innovation as well like 120W wired & 80W wireless charging.
            Swiftly launching 120hz/144hz phones after lukewarm response to 90hz on the Mi 10 Pro.
            Quickly launching better camera after the good but not best performing 108mp sensor on Mi 10 Pro.

            The value for money devices provided by Xiaomi this year are just insane.
            And Most importantly, they are listening to their fans.

                          Is the plastic not there to make it look new and fresh feeling when you open it? If no plastic how many will try to return the device saying "it was used!"? :S

                            If manufacturers really cared about environment they would form a international standards for charging cables, ports (like type C) and chargers so that one charger can be used for all the phones. This will greatly reduce the e waste but sadly all this is just for marketing gimmick and profiteering.
                            Like apple says everyone has chargers but they pack type C to C cable in their box. Which is unusable for all chargers before 11 series. All such bs.
