"When Yahoo! paid Mozilla to be Firefox’s default search option, most Americans switched the setting to Google"

That is because Google is everywhere and people go by intuition rather than raw knowledge.Everyone looks at their phone and surprise! Chrome is there preinstalled in middle of the screen.
They look out of the window, the company is advertising itself everywhere.
Google created a monopoly by being everywhere. It spends billions to be in every single product. It also gathers millions of information which can't be stopped anymore and Yahoo,Bing,Safiri can't compete even.People are sheep, they submit to advertising and availability and use it.
It's the same with Apple as well.
It's too late now to sue Google for everything.Amazon and Google now are Titans of information farmers and they will continue as long as people are into their products.

It should just blow over like the old anti-trust suit against Microsoft. Microsoft is still carrying on with their anti-competitive practices. These large corps own the government. It's just a big show for the plebs.
