Meanwhile im using snapdragon S2 and S4 android phones bcause i cant afford Htc + Nvidia(HTC One X) bcause its pricey. But at that time for 300$ u could get the best flagship Android phone.

Had a Tegra Note (Tegra 4) way back.
Got warm, battery life and screen weren't great, but the performance though!
Ran everything flawlessly (except Frontline Commando, don't know why)

We were able to tell the brand by just looking at the form. Nowadays we can't tell two brands apart, except for Apple(with its sunshade over screen)

Nintendo rarely makes software exclusively for these enhanced refreshes. So forget Qualcomm. It has to be NVIDIA.
