Say What, 01 Nov 2020In today's market, you need to take the quality, looks... moreAgree and also sleep tracking on galaxy 3 can't be used - but the Samsung OS and the short cuts are great - battery at mobvoi totally disappointing: from 2pm for 10 hours the battery reduced for 30% with gps without sport. Only walking.

Have the first GTR, excellent in most ways but GPS is APPALLING. More often than not fails to acquire GPS, when it does it takes, on average, about 3 minutes (and it is always used where I live in open countryside). To compare, my wife's Versa 3 always locks on in about 15 seconds in the same place. To be fair, if found, the tracking is acceptability accurate.
I have been in frequent communication with amazfit/huami support for weeks submitting various logs etc. So far no progress has been made. I have told them that, sadly, the watch is not fit for purpose, I want my money back and I will be moving to a different brand.

However if BP reading also made i... moreIf you had your BP (blood pressure) measured at least once in your lifetime, you would know that it requires an inflatable cuff. The pressure of the air inside the cuff rises till it matches the one from your artery and then a little more, then it drops and gives you 2 readings, the systolic (active phase of the heart) and the diastolic (resting phase of the heart) BP.
In my honest opinion, a smartwatch with an inflatable mecanism that can measure your BP is as realistic as a smartwatch that cooks pancakes for you :)) My point is that they are simply not equiped for this.

Anonymous, 06 Nov 2020Fake comment about GPSsorry I can confirm, the gps on the first generation of GTR is HORRENDOUS. I have to switch to my amazfit verge where the gps is much better although it's a lower price offering from amazfit. that GTR is with an acceptable GPS would be the perfect smartwatch for me but it's unfortunately not it.

It is a nice smartwatch.
However if BP reading also made in it , than it
Will be of a great help.
.
As most of the features are available in this but BP reading is missing from it. So company should work on it.

Avoid. I have the GTR 1 and it is wildly unreliable. I've count of the number of runs I've failed to record because either the GPS refuses to get a lock or it suddenly insists it wants a GPS update at the most inopportune moment. The other day it insisted I had to update even as the phone insisted that the watch was up to date. That plus various other glaring glitches of a kind I've never seen with my old Garmin (like impossible average speeds etc) make me think that their software quality is simply not reliable enough. It's a shame because on a hardware level I really really like the next watch will not be an Amazing...

Flax Brown color are nice. Great overall smartwatch for the price. Love the mic & built in quality speaker. Battery life? Amazing. Dont need Strava. V02max sensor is a nice addition. No regrets.
Been eyeing for this Amazfit as well, but they change the design drastically compare to previous beautiful GTR. This GTR2 design is just not my taste.

For all the people who are interested taking amazfit.... don't dare in dream also to buy...worst after sales support.
If you want I can share the chat and mail's I sent to customer support, no response.
I am facing issue with battery charging...still date no reply for the same.

It's very close to the Polar chest strap I use for HRV measurements, even when running at speed. Fitbit was hit or miss at higher heart rate levels. Samsung was mostly missing and the worst for me was Amazfit. Check out reviews by DCRainmaker DesFit for real-world tests that mirror my experience. Also, Apple Watch is very accurate, as accurate as Garmin.
