I mean, every IP68 device I've known always stated as "can withstand submerged 1.5 meters for 30 minutes", which is quite risky for swimming in my opinion. And although I agree with you about taking a shower, I rather not wear any band while showering. Since the band will hinder me from washing my wrist anyway. This is my reason for only looking for 5 ATM specs whenever I want to buy a fitness band.
