[deleted post]We're getting scammed? No one forces anyone to buy anything. Yet I'd gladly buy another iPhone despite some of their shenanigans. Thanks to their superior long term software support, I could decide to stick with my old iPhone XR because there's nothing wrong with it. It's fast, excellent display even though just LCD, battery still lasts me basically the same as when it was new, speakers are excellent and I'm getting more regular updates. I have the best user experience of any smartphone I've owned to date as whole. Where with any Android, if I'd want to actually still get updates, I'd have to shell out for another 800€ phone just to get updates sacked 2 years later. People seriously need to stop obsessing over stupid worthless specs and look at the whole experience. Android phones are all specs and no substance because software running all this high tech spec is garbage privacy data hoarding Google's platform with trash updating experience and software on GooglePlay, unless it's from some big global company like Netflix is also trash and there is just so many literally spyware ridden garbage on GooglePlay store that just imitates 100's of popular apps. Not gonna say it doesn't happen on App Store, but it's nowhere near as bad. If that's your thing, be my guest. I was sick and tired of Google and their nonsense. As well as tired of BS release cycles done by Android phone makers. So much delay after Google releases new Android version and then when updates are live they all have this dumb regional releasing with weeks and months long gaps between regions for same damn version. Apple has none of that. If update is out, entire world gets it this moment. Android users really don't know what kind of next level experience this is. Coz if they would, they'd demand the same thing from Android phone makers. Do it. So I can one day return to Android. Stop defending their lazy way of supporting devices. Demand more from them. I'd gladly return to Android, but not with way how they handle OS updates and how crappy short time they support them. 2 years is just straight up sad.

    So let's summarise what we seem to know about the future iPhone cameras:
    iPhone 13 series: new tele lens, tele camera with sensor stabilisation, more iPhones will have sensor stabilisation, new ultra-wide lens
    iPhone 14 series: the first iPhone with a periscope tele lens

          Pointless to increase aperture diameter if sensor is still 1/3.6".
          It is half size of ultra wide other use.

            New ultrawide would be certainly a good move since the iP11 and iP12 are pretty bad, one of the worst when it comes to their price segment.
            I miss the days when LG cared for ultrawide on their V30.

                                  Their ultrawide cam on the 13 series will be useless. At that time Android will be light years ahead of anything Apple have done. Even their garbage chip has been overrun by Dragons. Next year the Dragon chip will be the most powerful on earth and it will continue like that.

                                  Apple will be left in the dust and have nothing to show for it. Right now they only have their chip - Android is better in every other department.

                                      Apple are greedy frauds that steal from competitors and claim they have invented the tech themselves for the first time in human history.

                                      In 2030 Apple will implement HR displays and probably an even smaller battery as well.

                                      In 2050 they will change their design again - back to the iPhone 11 design.
