They are collecting the cream of the market. There's reason why everytime when there's Android or iOS ecosystem making money iOS is clear winner with lot smaller share. It just shows Apple have got the right users who have money and want to spend it in ecosystem. People who have $200 Android phone aren't very valuable for ecosystem.

By the way next q Apple is 1th or 2th like that make any difference to anything.

iPhone SE 2020 in 2nd place global. We have a clear message here. Compact phones are still desired. Millions of people arround the world decided to spend arround US$ 400 in that phone instead of big Android phones. We have a second clear message as well. They don't care about big bezels and that it looks like the iphones 7 or 8, they care that the device is very fast, very reliable and will be update for at least 5 years.

Who cares that they have number 1 and 2 in this chart, or even all top ten, if the global number is going down?! They are now on the 4th place globally. If you put all brands under same umbrella you'll see that they go 5th because bbk becomes number 2 or maybe 1.

                  HTC U11 - 5.5"
                  Oneplus 5 - 5.5"
                  Google Pixel 2 - 5"

                  LG G6 - 5.7"
                  iPhone X - 5.8"
                  Galaxy S8 - 5.8

And people were using them in youtube, social network, messages, calls, fotos, video etc

But i understand a bigger screen is better for media content. Never denied that. People have different needs and smaller screens are still capable and a lot of people still want them.

I held onto my Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) for 3 years because I never found a phone that offered all the same features. Did like the Samsung Galaxy S10e but battery life was disappointing.

Other than that? No compact powerful phones - except iPhones.

For those who see that the phones are actually very long lasting. I received an update (12.4.9 if I'm not wrong) for my iPhone 6 *this week*, 5 years after I bought it. THAT'S what people see in iPhones.

And yes you have your usual show offs who think they're so smart with the most expensive thing available, this does exist and not only for phones it applies for absolutely everything. However I'd argue they are a tiny minority.

                            1) iPhone 11 Pro is no longer sold by Apple. For some reason they decided that they would stop selling it.
                            2) Apple decided that they will no longer ship any accessories with their phones, *including* older generation ones. This means that even if they did continue to sell iPhone 11 Pro, it would not have any more accessories than an iPhone 12.

However I do agree that iPhone 11 Pro was interesting, I almost regret not getting it while it was still available but hell, no big deal.
