Will go go for as large as possible if the screen ratio is not to wide (better 3:2 than 16:9). I also do not want a curved screen anymore - very annoying....

Anonymous, 15 Nov 2020Completely bogus poll.
Footprint of the phone is not taken... moreI agree, My OnePlus 8 pro is much more easier to handle with one hand compared to IPhone 11 pro max or the 12 pro Max which is even wider.
Both have similar dimensions with one plus being taller and having slightly bigger screen.
I don't mind taller display as the UI is designed and optimized so that the user never has to worry about reaching the top. But wider phones are a No! No!

Large phones are heavy, unwieldy in one hand, need big pockets, and like anything big and heavy, when dropped, it tends to break easier. And being big and heavy, it tends to slip from your hands. Benefits, bigger battery / display.
Small phones, can use in one hand, drop, less chance to break, can grip it better. But lack in battery backup and display.
Medium phones hybrid is like all the bad of the big, and bad of the small. The size difference does not benefits of either side.
Small battery can be resolved by battery packs when you need them. Else you can leave them at home. So I'm going for small phones.

I think the poll is again a bit flawed, but it at least show that people want a smaller phone.
The S7 has about the same size as the iphone 12, but the first comes with a 5.1" screen while the second with 6.1".
I think the categories could be:
- 12 mini - alone in it's own liga of

Many people had different option when choosing the correct size of their phones, mine is as big as my son's pencil case but it doesn't matter coz I want the good specs in it including the practical price of it, I won't buy expensive phones that would gimme headaches and regret of purchasing it.
