So Many quality comments, had a HTC TP2 that died earlier this year. RIP.
so forced upgrade. my choice SGS3. great phone but not using it as much as i did my tp2. why! no keyboard. gets so painfull correcting text end up using my laptop instead. also screen a bit long for ease of use.
Europe Slide QWERTY. PLEASE.
my girlfriend itching to get my SGS3, just need a qwerty to UPGRADE too.
GS3 with keyboard and 10mm shorter screen touch home button and intelegent accessories would be nice. (whom ever designed the GS3 accessories needs shooting, not to kill, just a limp to remind them that they are rubish designers).

Anonymous, 10 Aug 2012As an Xperia Pro user I would never switch again to a touch... morei am of the same opinion but gave up waiting for these devices. especially when T-mobile announced new Qwerty MyTouch and then released it with a single core processor with a month's delay over the announced date. Xperia pro is too small screenwise. I bought a gorgeous xperia ion and am happy with it. BTW, THIS PHONE HAS NO PROTECTIVE GLASS! What a shame! Companies like Samsung, Apple, all of them, give you one thing in a phone but take away another!

Do it, Samsung!!!., 10 Aug 2012Where is Samsung Galaxy S3 with dia-out QWERTY???. :(Galaxy SIII is TOO LARGE a device to use normally, never mind to add a QWERTY to it. If the keys are spaced out too much on a large device then it actually only makes typing slower.

As an Xperia Pro user I would never switch again to a touch-only device.
Why are you not releasing QWERTY devices in Europe Samsung?

If they can get this in a slim frame... then it may save the qwerty business! I think thats been the one thing killing off the market demand...

Worst design like Galaxy 551
Display would be broken within 6 month like that of Galaxy 551 due to slide technology.

After borrowing a colleagues Xperia Mini Pro, I became obsessed with it's excellent slide out keyboard. However, the phone was too small so I bought an Xperia Pro (larger slider). I have been using it for about a month now and will NEVER go back to only owning phones with touch screen keyboards. However, the one flaw with the pro is the lack of a separate number row.
This Galaxy Q looks almost perfect. As another poster says, adding a stylus would complete the package and bring a return to the dream of the connected Psion Organiser!
