Its a full ROM instead of an update.
Example: Fresh installation of Windows 7 instead of upgrade from XP to Win7.
And I do prefer a fresh setup.
The ROM/RUU I'm talking about isn't a custom ROM, rather an official release from HTC

For those who asked how to know you phone country..
just download "android assitant" from google play.
and to know your cell id "CID" download " CID Getter" which is availble in google play as well.
my cid is 044 which is an asian version (mine is from Seangapor)
for those who said that the asian version won't get sense 4.1 with android 4.0.4,,, instead it will be the first to get the new sense UI with jellybean !! ARE YOU SURE OF THAT :(

but there was no sense 4.1 with that, there was sense 4.0.
Also sense 4.1 will come with JB update

Contacted HTC and they said sense 4.1 is being released in jelly bean update only!?!?. Truth is guys most of them prob don't know what we are talking about or simply don't have the answer for when this update will come to the UK

Got mail from htc today.. in asia sense 4.1 n ics 4.0.4 will not be released instead asia will be first to recieve jellybean 4.1 with sense 4.1 :):)
