Anonymous, 26 Nov 2020Average Joe cant see the difference.u can tell the difference in low light environment and if u use dark mode a lot.. even movies look much better on amoled, the contrast look way better.

Because:
120hz: can only benefit you if you're a gamer and it depends on your processor, you might be lagging but in 120hz lol
-it's heaven like feeling while browsing with 120hz screen though.

Mi 10T Pro got endurance rating of 118hr with 144hz screen and 5000mAh battery while running a comparatively heavier Android skin in the form of MIUI.
Where are your AMOLED battery savings??
Modern day high end Lcd doesn't consume much battery.
Do you even understand the different factors contributing towards the battery efficiency of a particular panel? Making ignorant statements like AMOLED always consumes less than Lcd is so amateurish.

Aierlan, 27 Nov 2020They already have plenty of phones in China with Smoled (k3... moreI think what he is trying to tell is a Xiaomi phone that has an amoled AND a high refresh rate (90 or 122 hertz ) and you only limited options - k30 ultra - China offer only (you could import) or go with the expensive mi 10 series . Unfortunately, Xiaomi has not yet released a mid-tier phone that has an amoled + high refresh globally , I think they will just release the mi 11 series first and have the amoled +refresh rate trickle down to the mid-tier section after that, as I'm pretty sure that will cannibalize the sales of the phones that you have mentioned

I bought redmi note 9pro few months ego.. I am not pleased with the performance.. after the MUI 12 update my phone goes blank when calls comes in.. can't get the screen on to pickup the calls.. even after a successful pickup.. the caller won't hear me.. and always disconnect calls in the middle of discussion.. this is a crazy phone. I want my money back pls.

Well you can't even compare LCD blacks with Amoled. Mi10T is the same case. It's just a better Lcd but it doesn't save battery when you use dark mode and ambient display. The contrast, colour accuracy and brightness amoled is better in everything. Lcd is a cheap and inferior technology that's why companies prefer LCD over Amoled. Bet you never used an Amoled. Guess you are a type of kid who judges display by watching some paid youtubers.

Check Beebom for the comparison between those AMOLED pigeons against the truly dim display on the MI 10T Ultra. AMOLED? Say that again after doing some research. I'll take a 120Hz LCD over any gimmicky AMO_who? display out there. Have you even used a high refresh rate screen to begin with? I bet you haven't. You'll note the difference.
