Android smartphone cpus nowadays are very fast. Snapdragon >=720 & storage ufs >=2.1 are enough fast for most users. Make sure dont buy a phone with less than 6gb of ram if you want to open many apps or browser tabs at once. And avoid chinese brand phone especially if you're not good at changing the phone's settings.
