Look at the screenshot, under "motherboard" : It says M7. This model is probably the new version of the low-end M7. On another site, I found it will have 7 inch screen and sell for $79, and be released Q1 2021. I expect new versions of the M8 and M8 FHD will have better specs.

Never encountered the bugs you are talking about.
I can run whatever I want. The premium Ecosystem of applications and services offered by Windows simply can't be matched. All the things one can do on a Windows laptop can be done on the Surface Pro 7. One can actually get real work done. Only con would be that it isn't that light or thin like Android/Apple tablets.
Either ways, I won't be downgrading to handicapped tablet like iPad pro or Android for that matter anytime soon.

Android is way better and efficient because of its more optimised form unlike windows which is buggy even on desktop. As for iPads, they are made in house by apple so they will always be optimised to a great extent.

I played around for fun with my old Nexus 4, a phone that flew through apps at launch, but now anything Google runs like trash on it.
More recent example is Moto G5S Plus, I had the 4gb model and anything worked fine on it, except some Google apps which were slow or did stutter.
Now a I have the LG G8S, anyrhing works great on it, even games but nonono Google apps like Chrome, Maps and their Office suite work poor on it, because Google never really optimises their stuff.
I am not saying that 2gb of ram is enough in this tablet, 4gb would make more sense, but my point is that Google apps often run poor because they are badly optimised.

AnonD-864404, 08 Dec 2020They could at least increased the battery capacity... Not much point, that thing gets easily over 10 hours on screen with current specs.
I prefer to see a model with more ram (4gb would be fine) and faster charging, battery is great like I said but charging is extremely slow.
Also more RAM, for YouTube and Crunchyroll 2gb is plenty from my experience, but for the RAM hog called Chrome it is not.

I have the regular M8 Tab for YouTube and Crunchyroll, fine tablet for that with a amazing battery life.
It got android 10 update few days ago which surprised me a lot, because I did never expect getting Android 10 at all.

Lenovo really needs to change its tech team. They are a bunch of noobs it looks like lol. Quad core is out dates and so is their team

Anonymous, 08 Dec 2020holy crap thats low After android 11 my S20 ultra Exynos single core goes down to 928 and multicore goes down to 2860!. Before Android 11 my S20 ultra Exynos single core 954 and multicore 9292 almost as good as snapdragon 865 plus score seems android 11 has issues.
