Asus iş not Chinese !
Taiwanese..
All your beloved processors used in iPhones sammys even Amds are made in Taiwan..this is sd 888 in running on power saving mode.real-time scores would be 30 percent faster.
Never forget Qualcomm socs will lead antutu while apple bionics lead geekbench
That’s the game.
PS: the number one soc rocking antutu from Huawei Kirin 9000 is made in Taiwan too.

No one's gonna buy this when OP9 will be available at similar price. Mobile gaming is just a gimmick. There zenfone line up made sense but they should shut the ROG line up. I owned first ROG and it was a failure device with screen issues and they didn't even give Android 10 update to it.

From sd625 onwards, all are true octa core.

Creative Labs (makers of Sound Blaster soundcards) is a Singaporean company and has also skipped Sound Blaster Audigy 3 because of some superstition stuff around number 3. They went from Audigy 2 straight to Audigy 4.

I never checked this out but the multi-core benchmarks use only the high performance cluster or they use every CPU core available?

But Asus is not Chinese. It is Taiwanese so what is the issue in number 3?

AnonD-923722, 08 Dec 2020It is too early bro, ROG usually launch at August. And i ho... moreOr maybe ASUS will follow ZTE and Xiaomi's route of introducing an updated phone with the updated chipset later on.

It's pretty clear that the geek bench scores are for a development/R&D reference device. Because that 888 processor is actually the fastest and most powerful SoC I have a phone right now. Pushing the A14 aside.

Also the Red Magic 6 is on the way too... This is a dream coming true. An 888 in a brand new gaming device. That is just completely overkill.

I think the word pocket gaming laptop is more appropriate that simply smartphone. Because even my gaming phone is more powerful than 2x laptops combined in the real estate office.
