None of the other flagships have this problem.
Just because you don't use Netflix, Google pay and other apps doesn't mean other people should make basic sacrifices.
It can't be in the list.
If it gets in the list, so should regular working flagships like Mi 10 ultra and Oppo Find X2 Pro.

The Note20U doesn't deserve to be among the best camera phones of the year. Nonacell destroyed the image quality. It's still good, but far from the best. I've taken pictures with my Note9 and Note10+ and the image quality difference was shocking. They both have far superior detail and dynamic range (the Note10+ moreso), although the Note20U fixes the chromatic aberration of the ultra wide angle lens.
(PS: Using 4:3 binned mode 12MP. 108MP mode is basically useless)
A shame because I love everything else about it.

You can argue that a light user can tolerate a midrange phone, but by no means would they prefer it over a flagship phone. There's still a difference between a 865 and a 765/730. In fact the latter midrange chips are still outclassed by the old 845.

I don't see why Google has to be included in every phone especially if a manufacturer is prevented from including it. Huawei phones are top notch with its own comprehensive app store and I don't mind sideloading some apps if I need too.

I think there is no such thing as best phones. Some best phones are the best for some people but not the best for other people. If you are basic user which use phone for calling messaging and web browsing budget phones are for you. But if you use camera very often play many games use social media and basically if you do everything mid range phones are for you. And finally if you are serious gamer you use camera a lot you are impatient you are heavy user you are speed fanatic who wants to beat all phones of their friends and you want the best of best flagship phones are the only ones that can satisfy you. But nowadays many mid range phones are really powerful and fast. Most people will be happy with mid range phones. Thanks for reading. Questions are welcome.
