I like the look of this phone. Who cares if it looks like a Galaxy S2, the phone is still a good device! Lenovo predominantly make business products, how much different should their products look? Seriously! I also don't get how comments are made about the materials used or the weight of the device from looking at the pictures! The spec is respectable, I just hope as others have mentioned that they provide support for the device in terms of upgrades and bug fixes. This would make them formidable competitors. Well, we'll see...

Nice looking phone but a 5 inch display is getting ridiculous

Good for consumers... But I guess this is the beginning of the end of profitable android devices for manufacturers which might ultimately lead to lower investments into / importance of the whole platform... Good luck to Sony, HTC and LG vs. lots of cheap comparable "high end" androids

one thing i worry about these new competitors is their ability to update their phones. they are very capable of making powerful devices but costumer support and future software update are what i worry.

At least Samsung isn't gonna pull an apple and sue Lenovo over it.

Just another device that's made of cheap plastic like Samsung with Samsung like design with Samsung made hardware. C'mon.. make a better build quality.. let the phone weight a bit so that we get some premium feeling for the price we pay like HTC.

This looks promising. I hope it can also be rooted and more affordable. If not, better go with other devices that can be rooted.
