You are one of those people who Apple and Samsung just loves dearly. Because you are buying their stuff without questioning anything and believing in everything they say or do.
And unicorns are real. Lol.
Not saying that Chinese brands are perfect, maybe they have some cheaper parts inside. But, in my own experience the difference is not 800EUR for sure.
I like my money in my pocket. If you like your money in Samsung, Apple or Sony pockets, just because you have loyalty to a brand, then be my guest.

And regarding security issues, if you think that only Chinese companies share your data and Samsung, Apple or other big companies don't, then you need to get out from the bubble. If you have a Google account or Apple ID, your data is already shared somewhere or to someone. Period.

My Realme 6 phone feels in the hand exa... moreeverything comes at a price ,nothing is cheap,u can take chinese glass phones with cheaper price but they will get their price value by selling your data ,giving ads and bloatwares...and ffs its only plastic back panel ...front and side frames arent plastic but gglass and metal respectively where it actually "matters"...and also fact that they are keeping same price as last year ,so this is where cost cutting done...newer 5nm chipsets ,camera sensors and other latest stuffs costs higher that are incorporated in device ...just saying plastic costs 1000$ without seeing other stuffs smh... dude grow up

          Display Mate has zero credibility, like Dxomark.
          Do not even mention to readers the fact colour reproduction decreases as brightness goes up.

          Put your samsung any near an oled tv, the colour reproduction has zero in common.
          People need to stop thinking reality has warm/punchy colours.

          By the way, part of iphone 11 pro series use LG oled.
          12 and 12 Pro as well, while mini and max use samsung oled.
          You do not see difference between them.

          Most buy oled from samsung because it is cheaper than LG and samsung can produce more screens than the rival.

          Samsung screens are so good that the green tint happen on their screens.
          Phones with oled from LG and Boe do not suffer anymore.
          Also, they still were not able to make 10bit screen, forcing Sony/Oppo/OnePlus to use software tricks to emulate 10bit.

              Also, the Note 20 is already at discount prices, in Czechia. And is not even 6 months old. You can find one now with 750EUR new. That is the real price of the Note 20, not 1000EUR.
              The problem is that people are finding excuses for companies like Samsung or Apple and accept anything blindly.

                  Premium doesn't mean only the phone but also the accessories provided with it.a fill package premium experience. If prices are sky rocketing atleast brands can give the consumers some perks basically free of charge.

                        Samsung, OP, Google and Apple.
                        Put them all side by side and they show very different image.

                        Samsung has same warm tones since s7. No matter how much you try to tweak the RGB settings.

                        So you disagree with DisplayMate lab testing with their methods and rule following, devices to test etc what's your souces then do disagree? You had them in hand and watch naked eye to the screen? That's more credible and rigorous than Displaymate testing? Or your opinion is based on youtubers that do exactly that (look at the screens with no method or measuring whatsoever). Can you clarify your position?

                        Oneplus 8 Pro got an A+ also from Displaymate because the screen is very good. It's a Samsung Amoled screen also you know...Apple also has a Samsung screen...maybe because Samsung makes the best screens? Then different brands through software calibrate at their liking but the screens are top notch. As is the Screen in the Galaxy S20.

Noones forcing anyone to buy the top flagships. Midrangers are decent enough for stuff other than max settings gaming or highest resolution/fps videos and pics.

Duh.

                                  If vanilla supported S-pen, I would preorder it. I hate huge phones and edge screens, is it so difficult or expensive for Samsung to offer the digitizer on all of their S phones?

                                    Lie. Samsung panels don't suffer from warm WB that you mentioned, and if there's one by chance it's correctable using the RGB sliders in the settings.

                                    "excess of noise reduction"
                                    You really can't stop spreading misinformation can you? HDR is nothing to do with WB let alone saturation. Your second point is also objectively not true as it's merely your personal opinion. The last one is also wrong - Samsung toned down the noise reduction significantly on Note 20 series.

                                        The S 21 Ultra is a real missed opportunity with the S Pen being an additional accessory rather than being integrated into the phone like with the Note series.

                                        I personally would have upgraded from my Note 20 ultra if the S Pen was siloed in the S21 ultra, now there's no way I'm touching the Galaxy S series even with a ten foot pole.
