refresh old 4G chip for those developing country that do not/slowly move in 5G.
Actually MTK also do the same thing
G95=G90T refresh
G70/80/85=P65 refresh and overcocked

I guess because India isn't close to 5G development (and, who am I kidding...the US is only like 60% done), Qualcomm has to continue offering 4G processors. O wonder if MediaTek's gonna unveil some G100 processor to counter.
