WP is around 2% of smartphone users
So with 59% of WP, nokia only owned about 1.08% of the market.
I won't call that a success. Especially when you spends billions of dollars in marketing and giving away free for your flagship model. Even that, you only manage 18% more than unknowns htc titans and samsung focus?

Sorry to disappoint but there are so many gays and fashionistas out there, so I'm pretty sure it's evenly spread between male and female owners with little, or no, knowledge of the better options out there.
Back to the actual topic. Good for WP and good for Nokia. Nokia takes half the WP market in a few months and WP doubles it sales.
What I'd like to see is a solution based on what Motorola does with their androids, including webtop and all the docking possibilities to launch webtop.
So basically a WP8 phone with Windows RT or 8 installed and Windows RT could then be selected to launch when the phone is docked in a Lapdock or tablet (like Asus padfone) or just connected to a screen and keyboard.

Two giants are increasingly leading in the market, Sony and Nokia. While Apple and Samsung ate busy busting their butts in ther court, these two giants ate busy creating wonderful gadgets. I'm sure Q3 2012 will be INTERESTING.

The time seems unproductive for them might be the effect of their transition from symbian to windows. But still hoping to the rebirth of the symbian&meego despite they announced its end.

Nokia is super in hardware, but they have accepted a shitty windows os. But. Feel there is no clarity and newness in windows os it looks one and same and is too boring and you feel you have lost your freedom with the software, i would recommend a android or ios n this one anyway but i wanna see what are blackberry upto, from the initial reports it looks very intresting

You are comparing 5 years of market share of Android & iOS with 5 months of WP... Check out the figures from February 2012 and news will dawn on you that WP has captured 15 - 20 percent of market share since then... And that is like a slap on iOS and Android that a half baked restricted OS snatched so much of the market... See the inception figures of Android and you will know WP has fragmented the market twice as quickly as Android did just because of great Nokia design, build quality and user friendliness... WP8 is going to gobble up a large share of market once it is out... Thanks to Nokias great designs and innovations...
