you should ask them to delete the channel and start over, you'll get your subs back over time.
even though it shouldnt be like this its prolly the fastest way to recover.

I feel like the inward evil part of the government is trying to steal you guys sweat. America!.. This is so scary and I am beginning to think of myself being in such a mess. If Google's youtube could not iron this issue with GSMARENA of all sites on hacked accounts what about me and others out there. I am so disappointed with Youtube, Google, and all other affiliate companies at the moment. I am glad the GSMARENA team is picking up with alternates pending when it is resolved. Merry Xmas to you all from Nigeria. love ya.

Well that sounds horrible. You should post an article for the inconveniences that you've been having working with Google and expose their flaws with privacy issues so that they don't overlook such matters simply because they believe that system is unbreakable. Suppose if you are Missing your wallet so you do a police complaint about it but they literally don't want to believe you lost your wallet or say it's alright or won't have a look at it or even mention anything about the thief who stole it doesn't help does it ?

The highjacker may be Google itself, that's why they can't refund the money nor share the detail. This scenario is similar to some bank employees involved in a fraud and then denying any info to the account holder.
You should go to court to seek justice.
Google has gone too greedy now a days. They also play ads on non-monetized videos and earn money for themselves only.

I guess Google is too busy hunting, censoring, demonetizating and banning conservative channels.
They don't care about anything else than this. Good luck trying to recover your channel integrity.
