European HTC One S receives OTA update to ICS 4.0.4

Just found out today that the Quick Settings menu is missing with the new OTA update in the Notification drop down, as I have seen European models got the update with the Quick Settings. Mine is a European model and snapdragon 4. What the heck is the difference between some of the devices not getting the Quick Settings back? Damn you HTC, get your crap together!

please check weather your htc sense version is 4.0 or 4.1

I have a one s krait, made for t-mobil germany and no update available.
Probably the custom stock Os for deutsch telekom is to blame in my case.
A good phone, very nice design but with some imperfection in hardware assembly(laminated glass of display have lost its coating and it is visible). Also few issues with signal reception. As for htc sense runs very quick with current out the box skin (sense 4.0 and ics 4.0.3)
I am still waiting for the update, and after that for Jb although there will be no more flash support.

Stock jb, one s is after months not optimized! Overallradio signals, most important thing! Apple is not for me! Too small too heavy not customizable!
