All my family has traditionally used Samsung Galaxy flagships in the past.
This year I am unsure about buying the S21 Ultra.

"the reason it reduces down 25-30% is so the phone does not overheat too much u muppet that is pure basics. EVERY CHIPSET DOES That"

I just proved you wrong with that video.. The A14 dropped by 25%, Snapdragon 865 didn't. Why didn't the Snapdragon 865 suffer same drops in scores as A14?
A14 is simply poorly designed without any cooling. This is why ios^Never^Again guy called it Lower tier.

Android Authority, 12 Jan 2021Then what is it about?? Your claim about A14 not throttlin... morereal world use, antutu pushes the phone to its limit, not everyone maxes out their phones internals, they do lightweight stuff like pictures, taking notes, writing emails etc and some do heavy stuff like playing graphic intense games, heavy multitasking, decoding 4K 60fps video that's like 2 minutes long (i think) etc...

i0S...Never...Again, 12 Jan 2021I am not questioning the guy. He does honest reviews. My ... moreI'd like to see the efficiency figures of the x7 pro and other devices with 1000+. I dont know how they would be any different. I saw a x7 pro teardown, it just has a small copper pad for cooling, maybe thats why it performs poorly and heats up.

888 will probably need something better than rog phone heatpipes to keep its performance. And a big battery to match it too. It looks perfect for a tablet.

My decision to purchase the OP8 pro over the S20 ultra was influenced after watching his channel where he exposed the Exynos 990.

The thing with Exynos 990, is that it was available on one only device at the time.
Samsung skipped proper cooling which didn't help either.
Snapdragon 888 will be in many devices. This is why I am not passing a judgement on the 888 monster based on its performance in one device.

We have seen the Dimensity 1000+ perform poorly and overheating inside the Realme X7 pro but it was well contained on other Dimensity 1000+ based devices.
So lets not say Snapdragon 888 is bad based on results on one device.

If you want to see something else, wait for him to get another one, watch some other guy if he got one etc. I couldnt find anyone else. Do tell if you see.

Sure, if update comes and improves it it'll be great. Benchmarks of 888 hitting 788k in antutu by blackshark have been posted, by blackshark ceo. https://en.xiaomitoday.it/black-shark-4-antutu-scoring.html .xiaomi can improve scores in leaks by keeping phone cool and posting screenshots. It's so bad its hard to believe any update will improve it.

Oh, and about heating problems, its heating because its using way too much power. The efficiency is the problem here. Adding more heatpipes wont help improve efficiency.
