They worked on Apple's chips all the way to the current A14. Now, they have CPU designs that will go in Qualcomm's flagship chipsets.

    Because the same test performed on an iPhone 11 Pro Max caused 15% performance difference and it did rather poorly.

    Is 3D Mark even reliable? You should just check the Google Play reviews and some users have reported discrepancies in that benchmark. A Pixel 4 scores too high but other SD855 phone performs worse.

Score are based on all hardware components which gives you inaccurate final representation of your performance. How can UI or faster RAM or storage can determine your chipset performance? Well according to Antutu slower RAM or Slower speeds of your UI scrolls will be between life and death experience. Antutu is all about Gimmicks, designed to promote new phones. Every day new phones comes and every day they beat new records in Antutu because that new phone has super fast UI or super fast RAM, its just plain stupid. Geekbench 5 is unbeatable cpu benchmark for Android and 3d Mark with GFX for gpu thats it, other benchmark should be ignored like plague if you really want accurate numbers of your chipsets.

                  [deleted post]Watch the other video of the 12 Pro Max in Techtablets and performance only drops by 8%. Besides it's not running on iOS 14.3 where they patched the scheduler issue. The performance is still exemplary and he already praised the performance. Drawback is the screen is locked at pedestrian 60Hz.

                    Read the Q&As of the benchmark first.

                    In Geekbench and Antutu, you can easily manipulate that benchmark for the phone to perform better, which is what Mediatek has been caught doing. Samsung with Exynos 990 also shockingly performed very well unless repeated tests are done.

                    That benchmark is also cross compatible with Android and iOS, unlike Antutu.

                    So if I say the iPhone 12 scores 590k in Antutu and a SD865 phone scores 650k, is the SD865 phone faster? I doubt it. Highly do. I also own a SD865 phone (Samsung S20 FE 5G) and it throttles quite easily. If you think I'm lying then just buy the phone and test it yourself.

                      Only idiot will believed in that speedtest g.

                        I know this may sound crazy, but... what if there is a possibility of future Apple iPhone models running Qualcomm Snapdragon devices? I know it's not possible but... who knows?

It's like claiming some over glammed Hollywood actress is the world's most beautiful woman (sic?). That's extremely far from the truth.

                              Samsung should have acquired this startup. More competition would have been better in the SoC market. Either ways, with Snapdragon, it will trickle into the Entire Android Ecosystem.
