If you cant beat them sabotage them is the idea

AnonD-762416, 16 Jan 2021They did go after Cambridge Analytica. CA is gone. They did... moreBut did they ban Facebook, Google, Twitter and try to destroy their company like they are doing to Huawei? I support banning Huawei equipment from US carriers etc, but they are forcing OTHER countries to not use Huawei's equipment and preventing Huawei from getting Google services. Doing that is definitely helping with the US national integrity and making the whole world view them positively.

Xiaomi does not sell phones in USA and uses American parts (Snapdragon) in their phones. What right does the US have to intervene in their business, since 100% of what Xiaomi does will not affect the US.

Btw stfu I'm not from China.

Swordman, 16 Jan 2021So why don't people go after US first then China too, ... moreThey did go after Cambridge Analytica. CA is gone. They did go after Wikileaks. They did go after a lot. They're currently going after Facebook, Twitter, Apple, Google and the likes.

They are going hard after Huawei, Xiaomi and other foreign agents as those ones are a direct threat to a nation's integrity.

Biden won't save you. You created this mess for yourselves. Now you're soon back to only selling malware phones to developing countries.

There's literally death threats and child p*rn on it, and the app is self moderated, which means there is literally no control over what is posted on it. And Parler refused to moderate it. Any other app that does this will be banned by Apple, Google and Amazon too.

He's been inciting violence since 2015, and he literally said in his speech "...if you don't fight like hell you're not going to have a country anymore," and then continued by asking his supporters to march to the Capitol building, and even if he ACTUALLY wanted them to have a peaceful protest and the protestors got his meaning wrong, he tweeted his support for them and considered them great patriots after the riots. Unless you're dense, this is inciting violence.

the biggest issue is that now xiaomi had overtake apple become the second most top selling smartphone brand in the world, that y the country A blacklist xiaomi.. so do the previos time, when huawei sales overtake apple.. some crazy minded set to protect their own company firm‘s sales, no matter using what dirty tricks..

xiaomi sold smart home appliances as well, because the military bought water kettle, smart watch or even xiaomi smartphone, that y this is the tie xiaomi with military.. if the whole china military buying apple iphone 12, then this ban wont exists..

Now that they think Xiaomi is a threat to their business income, they make stories just to destroy the company. Such a dirty trick from the US. They also did that to Huawei which is a great smartphone company. Before they make stories they should show evidence first. So childish.

Are we talking about political systems? is voting trump out had anything to do with this accusation? Gee... The simple fact is these ill-intended accusations are just to create disadvantages for China and ultimately the Chinese. Before you give me BS about people and countries are unrelated, they are perfectly related. Look what happened to Africa and the Middle East - what are people's automatic impression when mentioned about these locations? slaves, terrorists etc. So systematic discrimination and hatred towards specific groups will and is already happening.

Every tech company collect data and plants spyware. The more important question is why is Xiaomi getting targeted by the US govt when they don't sell phones in the US at all and uses American parts (Snapdragon)? Why isn't OnePlus (which is selling phones in USA) targeted first?

Also why don't the WTO ban trade with USA as well since they do more spying than China on global users at a much larger scale (Cambridge Analytics)?

Also you sound like a random troll or someone with no current affairs knowledge. If WTO bans trade with China, the world economy will be instantly f**led since China makes all our stuff. You will have no new laptops, iPhones, toys, pretty much everything else.
