I already updated to One UI 3.1 and Android 11 last month's updates and ends up a disaster. It is unable to play sounds and videos to any player or apps. The system keys don't function well.

This new update had got Doman stuff going wrong on my A10s I can't don't know where to start my Samsung notes are gone my home is keeps crashing give up options!!! We pay to use these phones and your giving us problems I liked my old version just keep to it

After updating, my Galaxy S10e is constantly dropping signal and has poor network connections. What's worse, wifi calling isn't working, so I cannot even use my wifi to access my calls and texts. Sorely regretting that I updated the phone, I cannot rely on it to complete my work in its current state.
Battery state is also suffering since then, but what good is a phone that can't make phone calls?

Since Android 11, One UI 3.1 rollout, can't resolve Galaxy A51 5G Bluetooth issues when pared with in car hands free. Keeps dropping Bluetooth connection during calls and control features like end call, hold, resume very slow to respond. Mostly unusable. Tried everything published on the web and known to man. Has to be the the phone and Android 11, Note 20 pro and Xperia 10 work fine.

I updated my S10e from Android 10/UI 2.5 to 11/3.0 when it was first available a few months ago. Total garbage. Any incoming incoming iPhone gif's or videos were messed up. Gif's would come through as still shots (no motion). Video's were split into 2 separate messages. One was a still shot picture, the other was an audio file that played without sound. I tried using multiple texting apps but never solved the problem.
Finally I rolled back to Android 10/2.5 and everything works again. I have to deal with the annoying "update your phone" notification every week or two, but it's a small price to pay for a working phone.

I ran the update last month and since then my phone has been absolute trash! I have had to do one factory reset and flash the android system twice - losing everything each time. Now every time they push an update, it wipes out the android operating system and I get a blue screen with a big arrow pointing down. Even when I can get it to work - apps crash, the battery is crap, the screen is dark, it shuts off and restarts on its own, and it won't connect to anything Bluetooth. I am sitting here with a broken phone as we speak because they pushed another update overnight. Loved the phone until this happened - which had ironic timing as I had just completed my 2-year lease.

My phone no longer can do wifi calling and vodafone have taken away the suresignal so I can no longer get calls at work. My phone will no connect to my car anymore so the phone is no use at all. This needs resolving now.

It's now June 25th 2021.
I'm trying to search the web if Samsung actually fixed the battery drain issue on the Android 11 update.
But I can't find anything, not even anything saying it's a known issue.
Can someone tell me if it's fixed?
Can you link an article that shows what they fixed?

Update that was installed on Jun 8th has caused my phone to lag between screen switches (ultimately crashing and ending on the home screen) can't open the text messaging area because it crashes. Some apps fail so miserably the phone locks up and reboots itself. First time ever having a problem with the S10+
