One shouldn't be surprised if Apple sues others for using the name phone. They might also have a patent over the word phone (iphone).

Im going to admit it. I still didnt liken to apple but at the same time I respected them....that was not too long ago. Now, I totally detest them.
These patent stunts clearly show that apple has no ace up their sleeves, they cannot come up with anything to beat their rivals(who are NOT copying and pasting but coping and IMPROVING).
Tsk Tsk Tsk.

pathetic apple which cannot cope up with competition, it want to rule the mobile world but very insecure and inconsistent. Apple can't continue compete with samsung head to head. Apple will end up like motorola.

It is funny how the US judges are the only ones who are ruling AGAINST Samsung. Every other case in the world is being thrown out because it is too stupid, or ruled against Apple, or against both.
Why are the US judges so badly biased in this? Is it because they were sitting there playing with the iphones will reading the judgement?
I think all these patent suites should be thrown out, because they are not just stupid, but they are counter-productive for the industry, and hurt competition.

Jesus christ of nazareth! Please come down and destroy this forbidden fruit company before it poisons the hardware/software technology sector with its INNOVATIVE SUING TACTICS.
Why didn't they sue Motorola or Sony or even HP? Their notebooks can be taken for a Macbook Air. The hell is wrong with Tim? Jeez.
Someone needs to put them in their place. You cant come along and meet something there, that someone used/invented before, and claim it to be originally yours. Thats BS

Then they buy a 64gb sdchip for 47$ and increase its price by over 250$ for just 40$ more... That is marketing.

apple is stupid to file 11 more devices to opt out samsung bcos they are selling lke hot cake. But in rear sense this no time to file non sense wen u r out of innovation seek out for a while lke nokia to settle on how to take the market over again with more good product instead of seating in the court room all day fightin against a korean company that came to america to do business but mind u, apple still carry out business in korea so they shuld b careful not to lose all their investment there if they kip witch hunting samsung on their american soil cause more or less apple iphone wouldnot surface in korea wen the court deal is done

apple tactics are clear, their goal is to break the android market, they attack first the strongest link which is samsung, when it will break the road to collapse the android world will be much easier/ next are sony, lg, and htc

I definitely love my sgs2 and not going to pay for fancy crapy iphone. If sgs devices is banned is us i can always buy it over the ebay, amazon.... you cannot stop free choice

Do we really buy a phone by looking at the rectangular body with round shapes... or by looking into the specs of that phone. I used galaxy s for a few months but I did not remember I used the round corners of that phone... did apple really think people are that dumb and attracted toward the phone by its outer shape... I don't think so.
