i saw apple as a greediest iphone makers..i am not gonna buy that iphone anymore..i will stick onto black n white mobiles if apple wins ..coz new mobs of nokia n others may also have to win this greedy appples patent

Whenever Apple filed a case it remind me a movie "The Crazies". Apple is infact crazy now... US courts definitely favor Apple because its there home company so they dont care about the law they care about their company which is earning revenue for the country so if they have to make fake decisions, they will do it...

Having trouble with gsmarenas website keeps crashing,,i think its all the advertising..Advertising is todays biggest scurge on the web making websites MB's in size slowing down internet and costing us more in data..The biggest culprit is Google and on demand tv why should I have to view an advert before i can do anything? Do you actually think i am going to buy that product?
As for all this squabbling ,APPLE STOP BEEN SO BLOODY GREEDY.

Germany
England
Belgium
Australia
South Korea
One might argue that Samsung won in Sth Korea cause it is their home ground - same as Apple in the US, however the same can't be said for the other five countries.

i m not apple or sammy fan. i always use nokia other thn nokia i never use any set.

Ape just helped popularity.. not even that as much as people think. Phones were going in that direction and apple joined the wagon in early stages. They didn't start or invent it.

Apple will go bust in 5 years ...again. I know this doesn't seem reasonable now, but for the matter also the earth seemed to be the center of the universe in Galileo's time.
If this continues I do expect for Samsung to change direction toward Windows devices and with the bigest two devices manufacturers on Windows side, Apple will be no match.
