Apple are rottern fruits or apples and since steve jobs died who apple was always relayin on they have done less inovation but more lawsuits bcoz apple is out of ideas.apple has been copy all of it life and now are actin like the never did apple it just showin it true colour not white but black.apple is going to lose.

Now, Apple will make sue,before releasing new phone... I don't expect better from Apple, as they kicked Steve Jobs before for being non-profit!!! I checked the history of Apple company. The nasty player in market.

So what is the solution?
The majority of sane people 99.% on here agree that this constant bout of court cases is seriously out of hand.
So should the patent be withdrawn, sold or some other way of getting rid of it.
Should Apple be seriously rapped on the knuckle for their attitude with the patents.
I can not imagine the American courts going back on the decision, this would be a case of losing face and can anyone seriously imagine a case of "We got it wrong"

The only reasons why samsung is number1 is that it betting on a lot of horses(wp/android) and copying from apple.if android so good and open why is even samsung usin wp.the samsung ativ s is the uglyest wp which will not attract even samsung company it self.can't the see how hard nokia and sony design have been working.

Its so great that Samsung did the right things in learning fast imitation of success from Apple.
There no human history ever that great peoples simply become great without imitating their great hero, ancesters.
Now samsung can easily survive with thousand new innovations.
Apple might gain a billion dollars from court cases,GREAT SHAME !
but Samsung will ultimately rules the world markets with hundred thousands new gadgets model range from smart TV ..... washing machine ..... smartphones to micro chips selling at half the price of Apple same quality product.

I think it is such a shame that apple seem to feel the need to constantly sue. Technology is always going to be mimicked or copied, its the nature of the industry. Its quite sad that Steve Jobs was so desperate to bring android down because he felt it was stolen technology when he himself founded his whole company on the stolen windows platform.
