I do think apple is just trying to slow down the progress of Samsung. Samsung is having a great evolution (market share and technology). For me almost all Samsung phones look the same. Why is Apple only attacking the flagships like the Galaxy SII and now the SIII or the Note??? I bet shortly after the launch and good sales of the Note II it will be added to the lawsuit too... I'm against any product of Apple!

Apple must understand that without HUMANs, there is no Apple.
Apple, dont waste your time and others by lawsuit.
Go back to the drawing board, come out with something that impress HUMANs.

Apple's ingenuity is that they didn't create anything new, they just went out and copied idea and had the cunning to be the first to patent everything. A patent for a rectangular shape with rounded corners? Does that mean the rest of the world has to do with circular phones? The patent system is to blame for even issuing such a patent.
But the cold hard truth is that companies other than Apple were soft in applying for patents concerning their technology or even to defend them. Nokia would have had Apple in the bag if they went all out and sued instead of settling out of court with Apple, but of course Apple shrewdly convinced them to. Same for Microsoft licensing their technology to Apple. What would happen if Xerox, Bell Labs and Motorola all decided to stand firm on their patents? Heck even the name Apple (Apple Corps) belonged to someone else before Apple "bought" the rights to it. And remember the Chinese iPad? What would happen in Henry Ford had patented the 4 wheel car? We'd all be driving 3 or 6 wheel cars today?
Apple is legally right for enforcing their patents, but they've thrown ethics and morals out the window. The company is only bent on hard core cash and profit at the cost of all else. Well, They're not getting any of it from me.

Apple arent going to win any favours. They will lose customers, lose what made them so rich and able to file the court cases in the first place.
Apple needs to cater for every level of the market, not just the rich. That way more people might actually choose to buy their products.
People resent being forced into choices, which is what apple is trying to do by barring competitors products.

i really hate Apple! that company is so pathetic! i hope they won't win the fight in including other models! Samsung should stop providing Apple their products like the A5 chip that is being used in iPhone 4S. let's see what will happen to iPhone if all other manufacturers stop providing Apple their products like Sony who is responsible for the iPhone's camera and LG who's responsible in making iPhone's screen! go Apple, sure everyone who makes square mobile phones with hard keys and rounded corners! just make sure you won't remove your hard home button or else you will be sued by many manunfacturers like Samsung, LG, HTC and Sony and even other smaller companies out there, even china made phones! lol ;D
